Refund Conditions
We want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you wish to request a refund, here are our conditions:

1. Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be made in writing to Email before the order is shipped.

2. Refund Deadline
You have a 7-day period from the receipt of your order to request a refund.

3. Return Conditions
For the refund to be validated, the products must be returned in their original, unused condition. The products must not have been damaged.

4. Refund Request Process
Any refund request must be submitted in writing to
Email within 7 days of receiving the order. Please include your order number, order date, and the reason for your request.

5. Return Shipping Fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or there is an error on our part.

6. Refund
Once the return is validated and the product is received in its original condition, we will process the refund within 7 business days via the original payment method.

7. Exceptional circumstances
In case of exceptional circumstances (unforeseen events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government events), we are committed to offering an alternative or a full refund depending on the circumstances.
